Laura Schoenthal

Laura has 18 years experience working in the service industry at bars & restaurants throughout Texas. Starting out as a hostess, she worked her way up to bartender, training coordinator and multiple manager positions. As a legal assistant and licensing specialist at Griffith & Hughes, Laura has experience assisting with all phases of the Texas liquor license application process and is familiar with the complex local licensing processes in the North Texas and Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Laura also assists with TABC investigations, formation of private clubs and comptroller mixed beverage audits.
